Do I need to send my photos or PDFs to your email to get them resized?

No! Please do not email us your confidential personal certificates or photos. All tools on PDFALLTOOL work automatically and instantly right inside your browser without any human intervention or server uploading.

Can I request a preset for a specific state recruitment exam?

Yes! If your state exam (e.g. Rajasthan RSMSSB, Gujarat GPSSB, Haryana HSSC, or Karnataka KPSC) has specific pixel dimensions and file size ceilings, send us the official notification link via this contact form and our engineering team will add it to our roadmap.

Why is my PDF or photo failing to process on an older phone?

Very large original files (e.g. RAW photos from 108MP phone sensors or 50MB scans) may occasionally exhaust the memory of older smartphones with less than 2GB of RAM. If this occurs, try closing other background browser tabs or restarting the browser app.
